Common Troubleshooting
Request Does Not Appear in Logs
Check:
- Whether Base URL is correct.
- Whether the software actually sent a request.
- Whether network or proxy intercepted the request.
Logs Show Model Not Found
Check:
- Whether the model name was copied completely.
- Whether the key has permission for this model.
- Whether the group containing this model is available.
Logs Show Insufficient Balance
Check:
- Account balance.
- Key quota.
- Group balance or budget.
Analytics Usage
- View daily consumption.
- Find high-cost models.
- Find the keys with the highest consumption.
- Decide whether to set quotas or switch groups.
